Hi, I’m Susan Morlock, a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety, OCD, trauma, social anxiety, perfectionism, workplace stress, and chronic overthinking. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Inference-Based Cognitive Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy, I help clients understand why they feel stuck and develop lasting change rather than temporary symptom relief. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 25 years in executive Human Resources and leadership roles. This experience allows me to help professionals facing burnout, difficult workplace relationships, career transitions, and high-pressure environments.
